Terms and Conditions relating to the My Bailey Van caravan design competition

Promotion

(i) The My Bailey Van caravan design competition ('the competition') is being conducted and promoted by Bailey Caravans Limited ('Bailey') whose registered office is South Liberty Lane, Bristol, BS3 2SS and whose company number is 354363 (Bailey Caravans Ltd).

Eligible Entrants

(i) The Competition is open to all Caravan Club members residing in the UK and EIRE.
(ii) There is no fee payable for entering the Competition.
(iii) An entrant may submit more than one entry to the Competition.
(iv) The Competition is not open to employees of Bailey Caravans Ltd or members of their families or any
other person(s) connected with the Competition in any way.

Entries

(i) All entries to the Competition must be sent by post or delivered to My Bailey Van caravan design competition, Bailey of Bristol, South Liberty Lane, Bristol, BS3 2SS and may be submitted electronically as stipulated on the page of the Competition web site entitled 'How to Enter'.
(ii) All entries must be received by midnight (24:00 hours) on 14th July 2008.
(iii) All entries must be accompanied by the entrant's full name and address.
(iv) Any breach of the terms and conditions will render an entry invalid.

Entry Requirements

By entering the Competition you agree that:-
(i) Any design forming part of your entry is the original work of the entrant.
(ii) In respect of all entries that Bailey may use, reproduce, exhibit, publish, distribute, display and make available to the public in any media for a period of 2 years (commencing on 1st September 2008).
(iii) You will waive any moral rights in relation to the design for the purpose of the Competition.
(iv) You will take part in any publicity arising from or in connection with the Competition at the request of Bailey.

Notification

(i) Bailey will not be liable for any non receipt of entries. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
(ii) The winner will be decided in its absolute discretion by the judges whose decision shall be final and no correspondence or discussions concerning the result will be entered into. The winner will be notified by e-mail and confirmed by registered post using the contact details included with his or her entry on or before 25th July 2008.
(iii) The winners detailed will then be published the Competition web site on the page entitled "Competition Results" on or before 15th September 2008.

Prize

(i) The prize consists of a Bailey caravan based on the design of the winning entry to the Competition.
(ii) Bailey reserves the right to amend the design and specification to ensure that the caravan can be built within the limits of the production process and satisfies all current European Health and Safety requirements.
(iii) The choice of materials used in the production of the winning entry will be determined by what is currently commercially available from Bailey's existing Supplier base.
(iv) The prize is non-transferable, may not be deferred and no alternatives are available.
